Store Policies, Terms and Conditions
Please familairise yourself with the following before making an order from my store.
General Terms and Conditions
- While items in my store are described and photographed to the best of my ability, variations in colour may occur due to viewing on different monitors or devices. This slight colour variation will not be considered a product fault.
- My products are all handmade and therefore slight variations are to be expected, such as the placement of a pattern or print on the garment.
- Sizes given for ready to sell items are approximate and while every effort is made to keep the sizing and measurements as accurate as possible, small variations of 1-2cm may be possible. For this reason, if your child is close to the stated size measurement, it may be best to size up. These slight variations are not considered a product fault.
- All my items are priced based on Australian dollars. Any other currencies shown are converted from Australian dollars, and payment will be made in Australian dollars at the checkout. The buyer is responsible for any fees and charges related to currency conversion.
- As the sole owner and operator of this website and it’s associated online store, please understand that I can not always respond to messages and emails immediately. Response times vary according to my workload and I may not respond to communication outside of normal business hours.
- I reserve the right to cancel your order if for any reason I am not able to fulfill the order (for example due to equipment breakdown, discontinuation of fabrics or other materials, injury/illness or any other unexpected event). I will of course communicate any delays or issues with my customers, with the aim of reaching an agreed resolution, but if an order still needs to be cancelled through no fault of the buyer, a full refund will be issued and no other compensation will be paid.
- Prices (including shipping price) and product availability are subject to change at any time, with no prior warning. For any orders already placed and paid for, pricing at the time of purchase will be honoured.
- I am only responsible for your garments until they are posted. I am not responsible for any delays in shipping times once the item has been posted. Any shipping time frames given are estimates only, and any delays caused by Australia Post will not warrant a refund as this is completely outside of my control. Express post is recommended if you need your item quickly, but again, I will not be responsible for any delays.
- If you are ordering a combination of ready to sell and made to order items, none of your items will be shipped until all made to order items are completed.
- All international orders are shipped via Australia Post. Some countries may place additional taxes on parcels, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Washing instructions are provided on the label inside your garment, please follow these instructions as they will vary depending on the fabric composition of your garment. All my fabrics are prewashed and preshrunk to give your garment the best chance at a long life, but no refunds will be given for items that are damaged or shrink due to failure to wash and care for them appropriately.
- None of the items in my store are intended to be worn as sleepwear.
- It is your responsibility to supervise your child while wearing any garment purchased from me, and to remove the garment from use if it shows any signs of wear and tear or damage that may present a hazard to your child.
- I reserve the right to update and modify the terms and conditions on this website at any time without prior notice.
Standard products refund and return policy (not applicable to custom products):
Premade, ready to sell and standard made to order products are subject to the following returns policy:
- Change of mind refunds will only be issued if you notify me via email ([email protected]) within 7 days of purchasing, and only under the following circumstances:
- The product has not yet been shipped, or;
- The product is returned to me in the exact same condition that it left. This means that it has not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. In this instance, only the product price will be refunded. Shipping fees are not refundable and the garment will need to be returned at the buyer’s expense.
- Sizing information is available for all products and should be viewed prior to purchasing. Refunds will not be issued if you have purchase the wrong size, unless the item meets the conditions listed under point 1 above.
- If you recieve a faulty item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery via email ([email protected]). It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all items promptly upon arrival and report any product faults. After this time, any refunds or returns will be at my discretion.
- Faulty items need to be returned and inspected by me prior to a refund being issued. If a product fault is evident, a full refund will be issued. Wear and tear, staining, neglect, misuse, incorrect size, deliberate damage and issues relating to incorrect garment care are not product faults.
- If you need the item by a certain date, please contact me prior to ordering so I can let you know if this will be possible. The time it takes to produce a made to order product will vary depending on my workload. Ready to sell items will not always ship same day. I take no responsibility for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Express shipping is available, but I am not able to provide any guarantees on postage time and will not issue refunds for items that do not arrive in time.
Custom Items Refund and Return Policy
The following terms and conditions apply to all custom orders.
- As a small, home based business, I do not hold large amounts of fabric stock. This means that fabric and other materials/notions will be purchased specifically for your custom handmade garment. For this reason, I will request that you pay a deposit of $50, or 50% of the total cost of your order (whichever is more).
- Custom orders can only be refunded in full if they are cancelled prior to materials being purchased. After materials have been purchased for your garment, I will no longer be able to refund your deposit.
- If you cancel your custom order after I have begun making the garment, no refund will be issued unless the garment is found to be faulty (see my refund policy for more information).
- Creating a custom garment requires communication and collaboration. I will keep you updated during the process of creating your garment to ensure that the final product meets your expectations. If I am not able to obtain information I need from you, I may not be able to complete your garment. If I need to cancel your order as a result of this, I will not issue a refund.
- Turnaround times for custom orders will vary depending on my current workload and the complexity of the garment you have ordered. Production time for your order could be up to 8 weeks during busy periods. If you require your garment by a specific date, please contact me prior to ordering. I will advise on whether this will be possible. Rush orders may be available at my discretion, for an additional cost.
- Instructions will be provided on how to measure your child. No refunds will be offered for incorrect measurements given. Please read the instructions carefully and contact me if you’re not sure.
- No change of mind refunds will be issued for custom orders.
Refund Process
If you are returning a product for a refund it must be unworn, unwashed, clean and free of odours such as cigarette smoke.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact me as soon as possible via email ([email protected]) so that I can assist. It is your responsibility to inspect your items on arrival and notify me of any faults.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are not refunded unless the product is found to be faulty. As per the conditions above, custom orders may attract a cancellation fee and this will be deducted from the amount paid.

Shipping Policy
- All items are shipped by Australia Post regular postage unless otherwise requested by the buyer at checkout.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, regular domestic shipping takes 3-7 business days, and international shipping may take 3-4 weeks. These times may be longer at peak periods such as around holidays.
- Once your order has shipped, I will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your order. This can be tracked through the Australia Post website.
- International Shipping may attact additional fees suych as customs fees, taxes, etc, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Lost or Stolen Packages – I am not responsible for packages that go missing after being marked as delivered. If your item is lost in transit, please contact me and I will assist in any way I can.
